Shipping Terms

SHIPPING

Processing and shipping of your order take 1-2 business days. If you place an order over the weekend, it will be processed the following Monday.

DELIVERY TIME

Delivery time varies depending on the customer’s country of origin, approximately 2-18 business days. We can ship to all countries and regions in Europe, America, and East Asian countries.

There are circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc.) that may cause shipping delays. Although most packages arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that occur with our carriers.

We provide tracking for each order. Tracking is available once your product has been shipped. Each individual product may be shipped from various fulfillment centers around the world. Tracking begins within 5 days.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order without penalty. However, you must cancel your order within 24 hours of creation for the cancellation to be applied. You just need to send us an email. If the item has already been shipped, we can no longer assist you.

WRONG ADDRESS

If you have written your address incorrectly or it has been auto-filled incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and provide us with the correct information. If the address is incorrect, we can correct it within 24 hours.

My item arrived damaged We ship every item with additional padding. However, our customers report that about 1 in 1000 products arrive damaged due to mishandling by the postal service.
